Just down the road from Monticello is a tavern that Troy and I stumbled into in 2007 when we where back east. We had really fond memories of it so we wanted to take the kids. It did not disappoint. The servers are all dressed in period costumes and the food is just good home cooked food. Cambelle said she wished they would open one up near our house, keep wishing sis. It was a lot of fun just to visit and talk about all the neat things we had seen at Jefferson's house.
